No. Individuals cannot ship alcohol. Wine shipments require a licensed business enrolled in the required alcohol-shipping program.
Can a shipment be guaranteed just because the bottles are packed safely?
No. Packaging is only one requirement. Program enrollment, licenses, destination rules, and adult-signature requirements also apply.
