1. Agreement

By using this website or ordering any WeShip Store service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or open an account.

2. Our services

Availability, pricing, and turnaround times vary by location and may change. Information on this website is general and is not a binding quote until you confirm an order.

• Mailbox and virtual-mailbox services (a commercial mail receiving agency, or “CMRA”).
• Packing and shipping through third-party carriers.
• Digital and in-store printing.
• Mobile and in-store notary services.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, abused, or used for unlawful activity.

4. Mailbox services and USPS rules

• Federal rules require every CMRA customer to complete USPS Form 1583 and to show two acceptable forms of identification, one of which is a photo ID. We cannot open a mailbox until this is done, and we must keep the form on file as the regulation requires.
• Mailbox addresses may not be used for unlawful purposes. We may refuse, return, or report mail as the law requires.
• We are not responsible for mail that is not delivered to us by USPS or another carrier, and we may treat unclaimed mail as abandoned after your plan ends and the notice we send you has run out.
• Forwarding and scanning are provided on the terms of the plan you select. Forwarding postage is charged at the carrier’s rate.

5. Shipping and packing

• Shipments are carried by independent carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL) under their own terms, service standards, and claims procedures. We are not the carrier.
• You are responsible for accurate addresses, contents descriptions, customs information, and declared value.
• You may not ship items that are illegal or prohibited by the carrier or by law, including hazardous materials, weapons, and controlled substances. We may decline or open any package to check its contents.
• Carrier liability for loss or damage is limited by the carrier’s terms unless you buy extra coverage. Delivery dates are estimates, not promises.

6. Printing

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every file you send us for printing, and that printing it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights or break the law. We may refuse content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and colors on your proof before approving it. Screen and printed colors can differ.

7. Notary services

• Notarizations are performed by commissioned California notaries under California law. Notaries can verify identity and witness signatures. They cannot give legal advice, choose the type of notarial act for you, or prepare legal documents.
• Signers must appear in person with acceptable, unexpired identification. We can decline or stop any notarization that does not meet legal requirements, and no notarial fee is charged for an act that is not completed.
• Fees for notarial acts are set by California law. Travel, deposit, and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Prices, payment, and recurring plans

Prices are in US dollars and may exclude tax, postage, and carrier surcharges, which are shown at checkout or on your invoice. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you buy a recurring plan, we will show you the price, billing period, and how to cancel before you pay, and you can cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to break or overload it, scraping it, testing its security without our written permission, submitting false information, or using it to harass others or break the law.

10. Intellectual property and third-party names

The site’s text, design, and software belong to WeShip Store or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party names and logos (including carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL) belong to their owners. We use them only to say which services we offer, and they do not endorse or sponsor us.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by carriers, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a California consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If that does not work, the state and federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes will be posted here. Using the site after an update means you accept it. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
