Separate arrangements before drop-off

Tell us what you have. We’ll help confirm the right service before you bring it in.

Start with your paper

From a few files to a full office.

Make room for what’s next. Our team helps households and businesses review document shredding options through our Iron Mountain collaboration.

Everyday documents

Document drop-off shredding

Clear out old statements, personal papers, and business records. Ask the store about accepted paper, preparation, drop-off availability, and pricing.

A bigger clean-out

Bulk document shredding

Plan large-volume shredding for offices, accountants, law firms, and other businesses. Share the approximate box count so we can review handling and service arrangements.

An ongoing routine

Scheduled business shredding

Ask about weekly, monthly, or other recurring service arrangements for your business. Availability, collection, frequency, and the service location are confirmed before scheduling.

Keep paper and electronics separate. Paper shredding bins are for accepted paper only. Do not put USB drives, batteries, computer parts, or other electronics into a paper shredding bin. Ask staff about preparation and other excluded items.

Beyond paper · By arrangement

Old technology needs its own plan.

Contact the store before bringing drives, media, or equipment. These services require separate approval and may be arranged through a partner rather than accepted as ordinary local drop-offs.

Hard drive destruction

Request secure destruction of old computer hard drives. Contact us with the drive type and quantity to confirm acceptance, handling, and the approved destruction service.

SSD & electronic media destruction

Ask about SSDs, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, and backup tapes. Accepted media and destruction options vary by the approved service; confirm each item before bringing it in.

Electronics recycling

Arrange a review for eligible laptops, computers, servers, and other IT equipment. Confirm accepted equipment and how any data-bearing components will be handled.

Electronics recycling and data destruction are different services. Confirm the required destruction and documentation for data-bearing equipment as part of your arrangement.

Business support

Keep a record.
Or give records a new home.

Need documentation or help managing the files you want to retain? Tell us your requirements and we’ll review the available service or referral.

Certificate of Destruction

Ask before booking if you need official destruction documentation. A certificate is available only when supported by the approved service; confirm what it covers and how it will be provided.

Secure document storage

Business referral inquiries for long-term offsite file and records storage through Iron Mountain. Storage arrangements and terms are confirmed directly for your needs.

Document scanning & digitization

Business referral inquiries for converting large volumes of physical records into digital files, including searchable formats where supported by the agreed project.

How it works

A clear plan before anything changes hands.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have

Share the material type, approximate quantity, preferred timing, and any documentation you need. For businesses, include one-time or recurring service requirements.

  2. 02

    Confirm the details

We’ll review accepted items, pricing, scheduling, preparation, and handling. Confirm where the service takes place and any partner arrangements before drop-off or collection.

  3. 03

    Follow your approved arrangement

Bring or transfer only the accepted items as instructed. Keep any service records and request the agreed destruction documentation when your service supports it.

Good to know

Your shredding questions, answered.

Do I need to call before bringing documents?

Contact the store to confirm current drop-off availability, accepted paper, preparation, pricing, and quantities. Bulk clean-outs and recurring business services require arrangements in advance.

Can I bring a hard drive, SSD, USB drive, or computer?

Contact us first. Hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, backup tapes, and eligible IT equipment need separate acceptance and handling approval. Do not put electronics, batteries, USB drives, or computer parts in a paper shredding bin.

Is destruction carried out at the store?

The location and method depend on the approved service. Ask the team to confirm whether handling and destruction take place onsite or offsite, and any partner collection arrangements, before booking.

Will I receive a Certificate of Destruction?

A certificate is available only when supported by the approved service. Tell us before booking if you need destruction documentation so its coverage and delivery can be confirmed.

Can you arrange regular shredding for my business?

Ask about weekly, monthly, or other recurring service arrangements. Availability, collection, frequency, pricing, and service details are confirmed for your business before scheduling.

Do you offer document storage or scanning?

We can discuss business referral inquiries for Iron Mountain offsite records storage and document scanning or digitization. These are separately arranged services, with scope, formats, pricing, and terms confirmed for each project.

How much does shredding or media destruction cost?

Contact the store for current pricing. The quote depends on the material, quantity, handling, service schedule, and any required documentation. Confirm the quote and accepted items before drop-off or collection.
