SMS Terms

1. Program description

WeShip Store sends text messages to customers who opt in when they sign up for a mailbox or membership, place a print order, book a notary appointment, or contact us. Messages are about the services you use with us:

• Mail and package arrival notices.
• Shipment and order updates.
• Mailbox renewal reminders.
• Billing reminders.
• Replies to your customer support requests.

2. Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS box on one of our forms. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase: you can use every WeShip Store service without agreeing to receive text messages. We keep a record of when and where you gave consent and the wording you agreed to.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. If we ever offer promotional texts, we will ask for separate consent first.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity, such as how much mail or how many packages you receive, and when your renewals and bills are due.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

5. Opting out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from WeShip Store. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone using the details below.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, and texts may not reach you when your phone is off or out of range.

8. Privacy

Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
